Abstract
This article focuses on Italian charter tourists' experiences of North Cape, the site considered to be Europe's northemmosi spot and the most privileged place for gazing at the Midnight Sun. My aim is to show that tourists' experiences and interpretations of a specific attraction are culturally shaped and contextually situated.
