Etiolated bean seedlings were grown in constant environmental conditions at regular intervals during a one year period. Three enzyme activities were measured in crude homogenates of the stem hook of 9-d-old plants: ATPase, AMPase, and PPiase. They showed a 6 hour oscillation and a seasonal oscillation.
