Media didactica : a media literacy reference framework for learners, teachers and teacher educators

Abstract
In order to enhance the media literacy competencies of their students, teachers and teacher educators must acquire these competencies themselves. The research project Media Didactica created a unique conceptual reference framework for learners, teachers and teacher educators to analyze, assess and develop their personal media literacy competencies individually or as a team. Based on this analysis, users will be able to define their own educational needs and to develop a personal learning plan.
