Abstract

We present a case illustrating that even in the era of new systemic therapies, surgery can still play an important role in the management of metastatic RCC, provided that patients are carefully selected. In these patients, repeated surgical removal of metastases can be associated with a prolonged survival and excellent quality of life. |
