Reducing electron beam damage through alternative STEM scanning strategies. part II – attempt towards an empirical model describing the damage process
Author
Abstract
In the provided files, the software and results needed for the publication of "Reducing electron beam damage through alternative STEM scanning strategies. part II – attempt towards an empirical model describing the damage process" are attached (arXiv:2104.14992). The multiple python scripts are attached where for every script a different simulation is performed. The explanation of what each .py file does is written in the file itself. In the folder experimental data, the needed data is provided. For the simulation, the results are also attached since the calculation time per simulation could take a couple of hour/days but it is still possible to perform these simulations if needed.   In order to run the scrips, python 3 is needed. The .yml file is added in order to create an environment with the proper packages.
