Abstract

|
| The article presents recent case law in several European countries in terms of private patrimonial law. These decisions highlight several laws including property law, juricidal acts, laws of obligations, contract law and prescription. This gives an overview of decisions published in the periods of four months. Moreover, a list of web sites is presented. These web sites contain high court decisions in Europe. |
