Abstract

| The article discusses the recommendation of the European Commission (EC) to implement privacy and data protection standards in internet services supported by radio frequency identification (RFID) applications. These recommendations will allow RFID to guarantee protection of personal data. Several acts which suspend a user's Internet subscription to one year if found downloading authorship work legally are under debate favoring user's activity for further investigations. |
